Why this work matters to her

Because every child deserves someone who starts by asking what they need, not what a chart says they should need.

The children who make the most progress are usually the ones whose support was built around them specifically, not adapted from something generic. That idea has stayed at the center of everything since.

Professional journey

How she got here.

Early career

Foundational training

Completed foundational training in child development and inclusive education, drawn to how differently children learn when given the right support.

Mid career

First role in a learning support setting

Worked directly with children with additional needs in a structured learning environment, where individual attention made a visible difference.

Further training

Focused specialism

Pursued further training specifically in autism and developmental support, after noticing how few programs adapted to the individual child.

Current

Education consultancy & training (sample entry)

Delivers a one to one intervention program, working with children with autism, developmental delays and learning challenges, alongside independent one to one work with families internationally.

What guides her work

Values she holds herself to.

01

The child comes first

Plans are built around the individual child, not a fixed curriculum applied to everyone.

02

Families are partners

Parents are involved in setting goals and understanding progress, not informed after the fact.

03

Privacy is non negotiable

Every photograph, video and case study is used only with informed consent. See the Consent page.

Every child moves at their own pace. My job is to notice that pace and build around it.
